Crossroads’ Women’s Ministry is dedicated to creating real Christ-centered relationships among women, while bringing about genuine spiritual growth through the relevant word of God that gives us a safe place to belong. We desire to be women that strive to live the abundant and spirit-filled life that Christ has for us, in order to go out and tell the nations about what Christ has done in our lives.

Each quarter we offer the opportunity to gather all of our women together for a special forum to present content-heavy topics that relate uniquely to women and allow participants to discuss how the information applies to them personally. These forums may include a special guest speaker, or it might be led by one of our more mature Christian ladies. Either way, our women will leave encouraged in their faith.

Our Ladies’ Small Groups were created to meet our need for deep relational peer connection in a short amount of time. The result is a circle of women who love and rely on one another and who see God moving in their midst. The groups are comprised of ladies at the same life-stage who meet monthly to share their heart with one another.

The goal of our Bible Studies is to create spiritual growth, by reading and applying God’s word to our lives, and having an in depth discussion on how we can become more like Christ. We have Bible study groups that meet weekly in order to study and discuss the word of God together. Additionally, many of our ladies enjoy participating in an ongoing, video-driven Bible Study led by a nationally known women’s speaker. These studies will be offered from time to time and will be facilitated by various women in our church.

We know that the most effective way to minister to one another is through one-on-one relationships. We are committed to developing a strong mentoring ministry for our ladies pairing one lady with another lady who is one step ahead of her spiritually. These ladies will build a strong relationship which will enable both to grow to full maturity in Christ. These ladies will meet as often as they need to meet to facilitate the growth that is desired.
